If you need to return or exchange your order for any reason, we are here to help! We offer you change downtown 14 giorni from receipt of the order. You can return the product in exchange for un different product.

Returned items must still have the label and must be returned in the original packaging
Returned items must not show visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, complete the following steps:

Contact us by e-mail (spedizioni@incasodivintage.com) informing us of the item to be replaced;
packs our product with still tag and original packaging;
Go to a shipping center (post office, GLS etc.) e send us the product;
Once arrived we will replace the product in 2-3 working days.

Further information:

To receive the change it will be necessary to wait for the product to come back to us and only then will the other shipment be made within 1 day.
If change is requested i shipping costs FOR RETURNING GOODS TO OUR WAREHOUSES, will be borne by the buyer, We are responsible for the shipping costs of the exchange.
